Line Numbering

Text windows can now show line numbers. There are two ways to display line numbers. Right mouse clicking in a document raises the popup menu shown in figure 1. Alternatively, clicking on the "Line:" text, figure 2, also enables line numbers to be displayed. Line numbering can be activated for all text documents via the preferences tool - figure 3.

A line number can be tagged with a marker by double clicking on the number. A marker is removed by double clicking on a line number. Right mouse clicking in the line numbers panel pops up a menu that enables the user to go to a specific marker - figure 4. Markers persist across separate work sessions.

Adjustable Tab Widths

Previous versions of Cutter used a fixed tab width of 4 white spaces. Tab widths can be set on either a per document or global basis. Clicking the "Tab Size:" label at the lower edge of a text window pops up a dialog box as shown in figure 5.

Undo/Redo

Zipper Tool

Some bugs in the Zipper Tool's zip output module have been fixed.
