Secondary Hiliting
When a word is selected, Cutter now searches and hilites the same words in a document.
In the case of a rib file Cutter also hilites XXXBegin and XXXEnds. For example, if
TransformBegin is selected all occurrances of the same statement as well as all
occurrances of TransformEnd will be hilited.
The "same word" hilite color can be set in,
Preferences->UI Prefs->General->secondary selections
